These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at mistopportunity.net and the apps and services provided by Mist Opportunity LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

We provide informational content on this website and software applications (the "Apps") through third-party app stores. The Apps and this website are offered on an "as-is" basis for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Any content you create inside an App belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it. Because we store that content locally on your device, we do not have access to it.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Our website, Apps, and content are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction — except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your place of residence.
